Cycle shoes required, SPD or Triple Link cleats are a must. Delta cleats may exit the chat. Cycle shoe rental is FREE for your first class, $2 rental thereafter.
Bring a water bottle because #hydrate.
Towels are provided before and after class. To reward you for your sweat, after-class towels are lavender infused (they’re as amazing as they sound).
THE FIT STUDIO:
Everything group fitness classes,
including HIIT, TRX, Strength, HI-LIT, Yoga, and Personal Training.
Located in Brookland Park,
127 West Brookland Park Blvd.
Yoga mat rental is FREE for your first class, $2 rental thereafter.

A Four Circuit Cardio + Strength Class.
